Orders are shipped via the following companies:
1- SMSA Company, with two delivery options:
- Economy shipping (pick up from the branch within 2–5 business days)
- Standard shipping (home delivery within 3–7 business days)
2- Aramex (2-7 working days)
3- Any location (2-7 working days)
4- Careem (within Jeddah city within 4 hours)
5- Jungle Store Representative (within Jeddah city 24-48 hours)
6- iMile
(Within 2-7 business days)
7- Local shipping company (Al-Tayyar Al-Saree - Al-Ustoura - Al-Nahdi - Zajel - Naqel - any approved local company) within (2-5 working days)
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on the city or shipping company's circumstances in some seasons.
- *Order processing*
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
After the order is shipped, the customer can track the shipment using the tracking number/waybill.
- *Free Shipping*
If there is a free shipping offer, the maximum weight of the order is 20 kilograms.
If the order weighs more than 20 kilograms, the customer will bear the full shipping and delivery fees according to the shipping company's rates.
- *No delivery*
If the customer does not receive the shipment or refuses to receive it and it is returned to the store:
The customer is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
If the customer wishes to resend the order again, the customer shall bear the full shipping fees for resending.
*Important Notes*
The address and phone number must be verified to ensure the shipment arrives without delay or disruption.
The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping company circumstances or incomplete addresses.
